On this World Water Day 2023, Biodiversity Hub International (BHI) unites under the powerful slogan “Accelerating the change to solve the water and sanitation crisis” to emphasise the pressing need for immediate action in addressing this critical issue. Access to clean water and sanitation is a fundamental human right, yet millions of people around the world still lack this basic necessity.
The water and sanitation crisis affects communities, hinders development, and perpetuates cycles of poverty. It is our collective responsibility to tackle this crisis head-on, working together to accelerate positive change.
